Our company is looking for experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Specialists to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet our business objectives. This includes creating and managing campaigns, analyzing customer data, building relationships with clients, and managing the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping our business grow.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Directly engage face-to-face with customers in a retail environment.
• Manage and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant client regulations.

Qualifications that a candidate MUST possess:

• High school diploma required/ College Education preferred
• Strong written/ verbal/ communication skills required
• Ability to work independently AND with a team
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,045.00 - $62,958.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
